The Smart Run is part of Adidas' miCoach system. The all-in-one running watch includes an LCD touchscreen, built in accelerometer, heart rate monitoring, and real time cardio coaching. You can connect the watch to sync your music with its 3GB MP3 player, then wirelessly connect the Smart Run to a Bluetooth connected headset. Cardio coaching uses both audio and vibration queues to coach you through your workout.
